A new open sided kitchen and relocated toilets complete the popular external garden experience to the rear of the hotel. The introduction of a ‘labrynth’ to the front area creates intimate spaces and routes within the former kitchen and front bar area. Reorganisation of the band room with new bar and stage optimise the performance stage for live act. A new cellar access stair and keg lift vastly improve the operation of all bars. First floor offices are soon to be refurbished and reconfigured.
