Both buildings sit over a 3 storey podium containing the hotel reception, retail units and parking.

The two towers are distinctly different. The hotel tower is more rectilinear in form and punctuated by individual windows in a shuffled textured pattern. The apartment tower is dominated by its sweeping curvaceous balconies.

Both towers cocoon the north-facing third floor landscaped deck where the pool and gym are located over looking the new town square.
