Two theatre volumes were wrapped by the ancillary accommodation and circulation with the glowing studio theatre being most prominent on the banks of the river Lagan. The studio theatre was flexible with several formats possible. The building solution dealt with different scales of surrounding buildings from 2 storey terrace housing to the grand riverside frontage.
